Hello, My Name is Citlali De La Rosa And I’m Your Full-Time Mobile Notary…

I began my journey as a Notary Public three years ago. I spent over eight years working in hospitality and perfecting my expertise in customer service and management. I enjoyed the fast paced environment of the restaurant business and being able to provide customers with memorable service. While in quarantine in 2020, I started to consider pursuing a new career in which I could utilize some of the strategies I learned in hospitality. Contemplating between going back to school or going after a career trade, I landed on the National Notary Association(NNA) website. I signed up for the courses, took the classes and a week later I successfully passed my exam. I took my oath and proceeded to attain my bond assuring liability for all my customers. That same year I started my career in General Notary work for West LA and Beverly Hills in the state of California.

Through my career journey I was developing great networking and marketing skills and decided to expand further on my business services. Through a group of notaries I met via Instagram, I started to learn about Loan Signing, the next step in expanding my business. Once I successfully completed this course I moved up to becoming a full time Mobile Notary. The process of taking control of my career advancement and working for myself, although challenging at times, has been a great experience and truly the best decision I’ve ever made. I am whole-heartedly motivated and passionate about the services I provide and I take pride in every document completed for my wonderful clients.
